About Filet Crochet Designs

What Filet Crochet is

Filet Crochet is a free filet crochet pattern maker. It turns text and images into clean, editable filet crochet charts you can crochet from, print, or keep as a working pattern.

Type a name and get a filet crochet alphabet chart. Upload a photo or logo and get a crochet filet pattern in seconds. Then edit any cell, and download the result as a high-resolution PNG or PDF — no account, no sign-up, no cost.

What you can make

• Filet crochet alphabet — turn names, words and phrases into letter-perfect charts with a hand-designed crochet alphabet.
• Filet crochet chart from a photo — convert a logo into a black-and-white chart, or a photo into a multi-color grid.
• Editable grid — click any cell to flip it between filled and open, so the chart is exactly how you want it.
• Row-by-row guide — every row shows the direction, stitch count and blocks, so you always know how to crochet next.
• Printable export — download high-resolution PNG or PDF files, including a printable instructions PDF.

Why it's free and private

Making a filet crochet pattern shouldn't require an account or uploading your pictures somewhere. Everything runs locally in your browser — your text and images never leave your device, and your charts are yours to keep.
